They intentionally have made these PCBs thinner. I'm sure to save money. The problem with this is the PCB can't take any stress at a major Physical Stress point in the PCB. Thats just one small thing But makes them a lot of money, and saves them a lot. They said this wasn't covered " after the fact of selling the cards" and the problem has come up. And Gaming, Look at what G-force now has become, it's a subscription service when they use to give it out freely to gamers. Gaming brings them a lot of money, prestige and power. Gaming is a trillion dollar thing on it's own and around the world and in almost every country. And like Microsoft they have managed to get their fingers in nearly everything else they can. Nvidia has become a household name now.

I was recently let go from a call center I'd worked in for years where they rushed us and because I took my time I was constantly on someone's shit list but constantly had good reviews. The company structure was bad to the point they were damn near about to fold but sure...it's my single individual failure. 🙄 That AI system sounds like it would cause a different set of problems. Actually that wifi vulnerability is wormable so they don't need to target you. If you compromise one person you can have their computer automatically compromise nearby unpatched machines. You could easily form a botnet with this if people don't update.

First time watcher, it came up as a youtube suggestion. I really enjoyed the fact that you both made tech approachable. I would say I have a reasonable knowledge on computers, I built my first one at age 11, but at the same time there is a lot I don't know. For example, Linux is something I have only just started to dip my toes into. So thank you for explaining concepts that you spoke about that people may not understand. I work at a suicide prevention phone service and sadly one of the biggest reasons for staff burnout is inappropriate callers. Some are abusive and some call to touch themselves (it's a free call and the call takers act nice). Head office tries to deal with this but people just create another phone number and call back again. It takes up to 6 months to get a number banned from a service in my country.

i dont get why MS is so quite about the specific of the wifi attack. if they were to release the full details on how the attack works, it creates more incentive for everyone to update because more hackers would understand how the attack works by reading the details MS provides.

Fallout 4 was also a really good game. It is one of those ones that if you didn't realize what the game was like you may assume it is boring but it is one of those games you can play for a really long time and still never discover everything there is in it.
